we witnessed a silver spherical craft move silently across the desert sky.

An hour after my cousin and I got home from work we witnessed a silver spherical object 50' in diameter move slowly across the sky from right to left. The duration lasted 15 to 20 minutes, then it vanished behind a mountain.
