4 objects, appeared to be flame of some type, in formation. Changed course and disappear. There were 4 same distance apart in rough v-shaped formation. Heading north west. Unable to determine altitude. However, movement was slow. Eventually all 4 altered course 90 degrees towards south west. Each disappeared one at a time after course change. Appeared to have flame associated with them (visual distortion). Thought may be hot air balloon at first .
