Orangish-Red UFO Disappears I was leaving a Father's Day party at my friend's house and we were saying our goodbyes out in the front lawn. Someone mentioned a plane departing from John Wayne Airport and we all looked up to look at it. I then noticed that there was another "plane" but it was of an orangish-red color. I thought it was strange and told everyone to look at it and then it all of the sudden stopped; we all thought that was unusual, as planes don't just stop mid-air like helicopters. We were trying to figure out what it was, assuming it was a plane, but then it started to disappear. It got more faint, but in a pulse-like fashion. Then it was gone. As we were all looking at the sky wondering where it went, we then saw a little dot of the orangish-red color shoot straight up into the sky and we couldn't see anything anymore.
