On the morning of May 29, 2014, at 3:35 am in San Pedro, CA, (Los Angeles, CA) I was outside having a smoke and witnessed a very bright blue light flash in the sky about 20 miles north towards the ocean. The flash lasted only a few seconds, it was a light blue color and was very bright.

The light was bright enough to light up a huge portion of the sky, very interested to see if anyone else saw the same thing and possibly have details I was not able to see.
