two long poles set apart, shimmering in sunlight like silver, moving slowly - seen in daylight hours

I saw two long shapes hovering apart from each other (like poles from a rugby game). They were shimmering in the sunlight and moving very slowly. I saw the file below whist Googling what I might have seen, and it seems to be the same thing:

Hover for a few minutes, was shiny silver, sun reflects on it. moves slowly like gliding. no sound.

After it was gone seen orbs of light traveling opposite direction.
