3 light blue lights and an oval shaped craft hovering over columbia sc interstate 26

Driving NE on Interstate 26, evening traffic. Noticed cars applying brakes more than usual.

Pulled up along side of some cars and noticed the persons pointing into the air.

Saw what looked liked 3 light blue lights and the outline of and oval craft.

It was still light out and the clouds were flat. It hovered for about 30 seconds and acted like it noticed us seeing it and in a flash it backed up into the cloud.
