Three objects with red and white blinking lights all on the same flight path and none made any noise.

While looking out my front picture window, I noticed what I thought was a helicopter in the sky. As I watched it get closer to my house I noticed it had 2 red and 2 white blinking lights. The object was approximately 4 to 6 miles up in the night sky, I couldn't make out the shape or really the size. Then as that one was getting close to passing over my house I noticed another one following the first. As the first one passed by my house I opened the window to get a better look, and realized that it made no noise, just a faint wind sound.

Then I looked and saw there was a second and third one all on the same flight path, all had the same 2 red and 2 white lights and none of them made any noise.
