Facing Bellevue street to the Northeast (presumably by the WIXX building) I saw a Bright Red/orange Formation of lights in the shape of a Sideways Big Dipper. These lights were Glimmering bright red and orange. Slowly some of them started to ascend towards space. Then the ones that stayed, made a neat Triangular formation. One light was "playfully" soaring around the other ones. About a couple minutes into it, they all peacefully and slowly ascended upwards and faded away.. This was all caught on camera. There was absolutely no sense of fear (surprisingly to myself) and NO SURROUNDING AIRCRAFTS. NO SOUNDS .. Completely silent (Videos are present, I can email them to anyone who wishes to see them)
