Sighting in Haymarket, VA, band of lights

Driving down Rt. 15 in the Haymarket, VA, area and saw a band of orange to yellow colored round shaped lights. There was about 5 of them in a row. By the time I pulled over to take video with my phone the lights were gone. There was about 3 cars that were also pulled over before i stopped. Hopefully i wasn't the only one who saw the lights.
