Very bright sphere in sky, thought it was planet but had one blinking light.

Standing on top of a hill, my friend and I thought we saw a plane. Then we realized it wasn't moving and thought perhaps it was a planet.

Then we noticed a blinking light on the bottom of it.

It didn't seem to be moving but was stationary for a few minutes, and we left.

We suspect that the sighting occurred at nighttime, although the witness indicates a time of 10:00 a.m.. We suspect he/she may have meant 10:00 p.m.. Witness remains totally anonymous, so we are unable to confirm the time. PD
