Flashes of blue-white light toward the north in Athens, Ohio.

Coming home from work. Driving slowly down my road: county road 24 I saw a bluish white light flashing over the hill coming from the north. It flash about 4-6 times in about 90 seconds. the next day my friend told me he saw the same thing at the same time, before I even told him about my experience.
