We seen an bright orange shimmering sphere travelling south under cloud cover at night for 3 minutes It was Sept. 22/13, at 7:45 p.m., just driving into Arnstein, Ontario, from the south, my wife and I observed a bright orange orb like object coming from the north at a slow rate of speed. The sky was cloudy with intermittent rain. I pulled over off the highway and managed to get some video and still pictures of it as it passed over us and headed south. It seemed to have a shimmering corona around it. We watched for approximately 3 minutes.
