metalic object bigger than empire state building appeared to rise up in blue aura of light On Monday September 23, 2013 in Virginia Beach, Virginia in zipcode 23464 three young men at about 8:00 pm saw a blue aura light up the sky, and light going in pulses from earth to sky, in three pulses, and going up into the sky was a pointed metalic object. Immediately afterward, not at the same time, the electric power went out in the community for about five minutes. The object did not return. The sky returned to normal.
