Bright orange orb disc shaped. Horseneck State Reservation camping by firepit and noticed bright orange orb hovering at about 45º East. The orb hovered a couple of minutes then disappeared. About a minute later the orb reappeared I immediately got my binoculars and sighted the orb...to my surprise a disc appeared with bright orange lights along its circumference. The disc wobbled and then faded upwards off into thin air! Weather conditions clear unristricted visibility full moon rural area.
