| Bright blue circular object over Downsview Ontario Canada A very bright circular blue object was flying fast at a high altitude, then seemed to decend while traveling north. The blue object then headed lower and was not seen. The object reappeared low in the sky traveling at a high speed moving east and west. There were no clouds in the sky and little wind. There was no sound from the object |
