Round black object low over the 15 North by Escondido. going North on I-15 around Deer Springs Road I saw a black ball or circle object at about the height of a streetlight off the ground. I drove directly under it. It wavered ahead back and ahead again for a couple seconds as we passed each other, reminding me of how a bird might move. It was maybe a few feet across about the size of a gym ball. I was at work on patrol at that time.
