Flying Lights Changing DIrections over Fancher Heights, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. Lights change from bright white light to red fireball

4 of us were outside watching the lightning and then we looked over to East Wenatchee Fancher Heights area and saw 3 floating lights moving back and forth above the houses/cars. The "craft" would turn off their lights and appear in other areas, sometimes changing from a white light to a single red fireball.
