Circular object with rotating changing colored lights hovering in the night sky. While stargazing there appeared to be a very bright star in the sky. We noticed that the twinkling of the star was different than any star we had seen before. When observed with a high resolution binocular there appeared to be rotating lights that changed from green to red to yellow in a continuous pattern. The object was hovering yet changing colors in a circular rotation.
