Witnessed an object that looked like a bonfire in the sky, moving to slow to be a plane, it was on the east side of the city, appeared low at first but quickly jumped in altitude, first thought was that it was a plane on fire however didn’t see any smoke, or hear any noise, next thought was a hot air balloon except that it was moving way to fast and there was no silhouette or outline.
