We saw looking out over the ocean a red glowing light then more in rows.

It changed formation several times and went out and lite up again it went out and came back.

The next night around sametime we saw it again much less of a display.

It was pretty neat. The next day the beach had hundreds of starfish on it maybe unrelated but very unusual.
