White/orange pulsating orb in skies over Staunton, VA

Sighting was almost identical to that reported in Bristol, VA, on 7/11/13. Bright stationary orb, seemed to pulsate white/orange/gold/red, visible low to horizon in northern sky for about 15 minutes. About 30 minutes later it appeared in north/northeast section of the sky, then disappeared after about 5 minutes.

Observed this event in south/southeast section of the sky approximately 1 month ago.
