Blue, green light emittting object seen moving erratically over Simi Valley, Ca.

Object in sky north of 118 Freeway Simi Valley Ca. moved erratically, appeared to spin, hover then move rapidly up down, left and right.

Bright green then blue light coming from object.

After about 20 minutes the object dropped below eye level in the mountains.
