What appeared at 1245 (sic. 0045 hrs. ??)was closely related in appearance to the phoenix lights. The lights were linear except for the first and last lights. The first and last lights rose just above the linear formation. They were slowly moving from the west and then to the east (looking from NE killingsworth to SE portland). They dissipated out not as a unit but individually from east to west as they moved across the sky. It was observed to be large in size, Miles.

I had another person with me as a witness.

Plus I talked with my neighbor about 30 minutes post observation, who also reported seeing lights as well.
