possible ufo sighted in new england (Real Report)

While walking home on 6-22-2013.

Around 11:22a my eyes for a brief sec. catch this strange looking aircraft.

At first it seemed to be traveling in between the three Deckers about 40 ft from the ground it was small extremely fast and was well lit but dim with the center of the craft pulsating and an outer layer ring of still light brighter than the center.

This craft was unususally quite no sound when a ran to see what it was about ten ft. It was gone it didn't fade into the sky it was just gone all I saw were clearly marked planes green red white lights I had to report this because I've never seen anything like this I can't put into words how.

Fast it was going put if its human than this is amazing technology if not then we have some catching up to do. Skies Over New England
