3 red flashing lights blinking 1 at first 3-4 times then all 3 a few times. Repeatedly 3 flashing red lights in sky no normal style airplane lights but flashing in a sequence 1 red light for blink 3-4 times then all 3 in a row would flash a few times In a repeatative fashion saw this riveting on the 101 above marsh road exit pretty close but was dark
