my kite is unusual and flies while its spinning it looks like a football and is made of styrafoam please you must believe me i can set

this is the 2nd time ive expierienced this,I invented a kite or flying structure, that looks and flyes like a football you must see this in flight, any how i was flying at 1.500 feet and went into my friends house to wake him up to see my kite in flight when we both went outside to look at it we noticed a bright shinny oval object just to the right of my kite we both asked what is that shinning next to it it looked like a planet we were starring at it in ahh then in a blink it was gone ill invite your investigators to see what i saw please call me for more information this is no joke, david medina
