18/02/2013 Montreal, Quebec Blue circle passes overhead going east at 11:20 pm est

I was sitting outside my house at 11:20 pm, on Feb. 18, in Montreal, Quebec. It was very cold and the sky was cloudless. I saw a bright blue circle or orb pass over our street above the trees. It was heading east towards downtown. It was my first sighting and I felt very excited.

My husband pulled up in our car to take me for a coffee about two minutes after the sighting and I told him about what I'd seen and he didn't believe me which was disappointing. I wish he could have seen it too.

Because of its size there must have been other people who saw it.

I felt that I should make a report.
