Saw them in the sky about cloud level flying up and down through the clouds and around in in circular patterns. Light colored disk or sphere shaped. No color change or shape change. This would have been roughly over Post Falls, Idaho, maybe state line WA, ID. Slightly (1-2 miles) north of Interstate 90.
