While facing north and waiting to turn left onto the corner of College and fairfax. I noticed light in the sky to my right (northeast). I told my sister.

I thought it was a plane out of control because it was moving erratically. But then we noticed that it was changing light red blue yellow and purple. It started moving in a infinity shape like a sideways number 8. It was so fast we realized it was not a normal aircraft.

I tried recording but the camera on my phone is not very good and the object was very far & so I was not able to capture the object. I also didn't hear any noise like from a plane or helicopter.
