bright blue orb.

I saw a bright blue orb of light that came from the northeast and headed southwest and out of site over the horizon. Object appeared to be very low in altitude, relative distance to object unknown, size unknown, had no trailing flame, or other characteristics of man controlled flight. Total site time was approximately 4 to 5 seconds. This light was not a falling star or meteorite.
