Witnessed 7 fast, strangely manuevering lights in South Carolina

After a brief meteor shower, we witnessed 7 or 8 (It is hard to discern, as we were there for a while.) unidentifiable light sources up in space, taking wide turns that would not make sense for any satellite or aircraft. Each one showed up after the other, and took separate turns to fly for about three minutes south-east across the sky, sometimes disappearing for an enitre thirty seconds, or going dimmer or brighter. We could have stayed and witnessed many more, as they seemed to be making regular rounds, but we were in a public pool after closing, and had to leave before being seen.

These objects were moving fast, and may or may not have been blue or sometimes orange. They were far away, but the sky was clear.
