Star like objects moving in a uncontrollable path. One stopped and then kept moving.

I was walking my dog and saw 4 star like lights in the sky moving south to north. These were separate sightings within a 20 minute interval. The third star like light object actually stopped and then continued on its track.

I can't explain what these star like lights were but i see them usually 4 times a week taking different paths.
