On-going V-shaped white strings of light seen near refinery at night, sort of looked like smoke

This has happened twice. First time, I was sitting in my backyard, which has a nice view of the refinery, when I noticed something strange. I will admit, I was under the influence of marijuana, so I made sure I wasn't just seeing things, rubbing my eyes, and taking another look. I was looking at what I thought was smoke coming from the refinery, but this smoke never disappeared into the air. It seems like strings of light. These strings were made up of the tiniest pieces of floating light, which some seemed to be astray from those grouped into strings. They came together in a V-shape, sort of like how birds comes together. I was totally freaked out but I watched them go across the entire sky until they were gone in the distance.

The second experience I was in that same backyard with my sister, once again, marijuana was present. This time it wasn't as noticeable because the light pieces weren't in a string form. There were only little clusters of pieces of li! ght. What I witnessed on my own though was remarkable. It happened so long ago, I'm not totally sure of the date, but I had come across this website and decided to share! God bless!
