tube shaped craft over elkton maryland Cigar shaped (tube) turning counter clockwise white light at each end moving slowly south to north toward delaware then about 10 miles out turned west, clear cold night my son saw it seconds after me ,went over my house maybe 3 to 4 thousand feet off deck
