A single spot light shinning on me from on High above. I was sitting outdoors smoking a cigarette in my folding chair, it looked to me to be clear skies. When I looked up toward the northwest sky and I saw one bright head light (like a car head light) shining from high above towards me. I thought it might a an airplane but I heard no jet noise. Then the light slowly turn away from me then continuing on its course flying very high from the northwest towards the north at about 35,000 feet then the single light was turned off, I quickly got up to see if there was any other sort of lights on the craft but saw none and the craft seem to have disappeared I could not see it or its lights.
