Lt appeared in north and disapeared in the south over eastern Oh. 06:50 Sat in car and saw a light appear in the southern horizen... as I was facing the Ohio river looking tword Ohio... so this was following the ohio river approxamatly 30 miles inland over Ohio... I watched a steady light and at one point it flashed wide then back to a single bright white light. It went from my southern view and dissapeared in the northern view. approxamatly 7 mins. Two other whitness in the lot also..
