Pipe coming thru the clouds out of the atmosphere Exiting Interstate 480 West at Tiedeman Road. Looking in sky southwest. Sky lighting up west from sun going down. Clouds shaped like feathers. It was shapped like a pipe. It was coming out of the atmosphere thru the clouds. It looked as if it extended into the atmosphere with no end. It didn't move. I lose sight of it when driving south on Tiedman Road.
