I was standing on my balcony on Mercer Island, which overlooks Lake Washington and Bellevue. At the time, lighting was very golden because the sun was setting. Two lights were darting in and out of a dark cloud over Clyde Hill (though it may have been farther away; This was from my perspective on northern Mercer). These lights were moving too agilely and quickly to be airplanes, moved in circles and loops, and appeared yellow in color.
