circle/ red/orange differnt color lights spun

it was a circle it was orange and red it had lights around it and it spung it was slightly bigger than a passenger plane and was closer then the mulino airport . the lights turned differnt colors and it started going slow but then it took off fast then i couldnt see it anymore.
