UFO spotted in 3rd ward Houston hovering over Project Rowhouse community center

8:45PM, Sunday, August 14, 2011, unusually cloudy evening.

2 occupants driving south from University of Houston towards the intersection of Elgin /Dowling Street in 3rd Ward Houston. Passenger sights what seems to be a antenna tower with multiple (red, white, blue, green) colored lights high in the distance. Passenger realizes the source of lights has no tower beneath it. Driver agrees and stops vehicle. Both occupants of the vehicle realize they are observing a flying vehicle that is directly above the Project Rowhouse community art complex in 3rd Ward Houston. This realization means the vehicle was at least 90 stories above the art complex. The driver stops near the intersection (Elgin/Dowling) and observe what appears to be a UFO with the body of a large plane but is thicker and has many uniformed multi colored lights around it. Some lights blink others are static. The vehicle is also static/ hovering the buildings in 3rd ward. The vehicles surface can be seen due to its flashing lights as dark grey or green/ a muted color. The! re is what appears to be a very long rod, stick or antenna aimed upwards from the center of the UFO. This too has multi colored lights blinking and what the driver and passenger possibly first saw. The UFO also seems to have short wings much like an airplane but shorter/stub like. The bottom of the craft was dark and not visibly detailed. The UFO did make a humming sound similar to a portable fan running on high speed. The UFO then started moving slowly north while the driver and passenger slowly made a u-turn and pulled out a Cannon 45D camera.

Upon making a turn onto Dowling the site of the UFO was temporarily blinded. The driver and passenger lost complete sight of the UFO at this point in time. The UFO could not have been a standard plane flying so low and also hovering dangerously over the 3rd Ward community. The UFO was flying in a very dark and cloudy evening and may have been taking advantage of these clouds to cloak itself. The previous night and those evenings aft! erwards showed clear skies. No photos were taken by passenger ! or drive r because the UFO disappeared within the seconds the car turned on Elgin/Dowling Street.

There where approx. 5 other cars passing by in a predominately quiet intersection. A young man ridding a bike was approached by the driver and passenger of the car but he recounted no encounter at all.

The Passenger also understood that NASA has a headquarters in Houston and that there are military bases in the area. The conclusion could possibly include a military experimental vehicle.
