Orange lights in sky.

Orange lights in sky over the Atlantic Ocean. Would slowly rise then fade out and disappear. Usually one at a time, a few times there would be two or three in the process at the same time. Constant light, no blinking, moving slowly. When they reached a certain altitude they would stop moving and just fade out.

After a minute or so another would rise up. This is over the ocean, not over land. Approximately 5 miles off-shore.
