Two ligts over Kickapoo Reservation near the Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass, Texas. I work for the Kickapoo Tribe of Texas. I was told today that this morning around 3:00 am, several Tribal members witnised lights hovering over the reservation near the Rio Grande River. They said they witnesed 2 lights hovering and one of them moved very fast and then returned to the same spot. I'm still gathering information from other eye witnesses. They said some Tribal members took photographs.
