Orange Circular Blinking Lights Over The Ocean At Litchfield Beach, SC.

We were sitting on the balcony of the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort, overlooking the ocean when we saw a round circular orange light over the ocean directly in front of us. It blinked twice and disappeared.

Approximately 15-20 seconds later, the same orange blinking light appeared in the sky at a much higher altitude and at a 45 degree angle from where it was before. Again, the round circular orange light blinked twice and it was gone.

I've done some research on the internet and it seems this exact sighting has taken place in the same area over the last 3-4 years.
