Strange twinkling lights over Walla Walla

At 23:15, My wife and I went out for a smoke and we noticed a twinkling in the sky. The object had another twinkling light above it. The Bottom light was larger and consistently changed colors, the top one flickered.

My wife went in and grabbed the scope to my rifle and we looked through it. She could see it a little better although it was still small.

The ufo seemed to be traveling very slowly away from our area. Both lights stayed in the same form. As they traveled away they had a foggy look around them.

The longer that we watched them, the higher in the sky they went. Getting more clear at times.

We were unable to get it on video or picture.
