3 circles in the sky with a bright light!

I was walking out to my car to put a trash bag over my car window in case in started raining. I looked up at the sky and I saw 3 circles in a triangle formation, they flashed pulsivley,the light was so bright it was hurting my eyes.

It may have only lasted for about three seconds maybe and then it was gone.
