need help to identify sky light i was walking the dog and looked up at about using the sky as a clock there was a light about 11oclok that kinda strobed so i watched to see if i was a plane or moving it was stationary. it has a back glow and every short while randomly it brightens it appeers like one color light but i dont have a vid cam avail. also at about 12 high lower in the sky south another seems to do the same thing.
