Appeared to have control over it's movements. It was caught on camera outside a school. A security camera is just outside the office door. Caught on camera was a white UFO not in the sky but pretty close to the camera. It appeared almost like a piece of paper flying around in wind. In the background the school grounds (grass two bushes) off in the distance the roadway. It would leave the vision of the camera then sip on back as though it had control over its movements.
