reddish ball in the sky north of Limassol, Cyprus I saw a small distant ball of yellow-orange light north of the city of Limassol, Cyprus. At the beginning it was looking like a distant plane in the night sky but suddenly it stopped. Then after being stable in the sky for about 2 minutes, it turned to reddish and started flying faster than a passenger plane towards north-west. Then disappeared into the hazy sky while flying northwest. Note that it passed next to a flying plane.
