| Neon green cigar shaped object traveling at high speed,through low level clouds. Cigar shaped neon green object traveling horizontal through low clouds east to west at a high rate of speed many times faster than conventional air craft. As many as 10 people of all ages observed this for 10 to 20 seconds at least, leaving all shocked, before disappearing with out a sound. |
