Object was hovering in the sky in my neighborhood where I live in Huntington Beach California on Warner Ave. It kept changing colors it would get real dim and fade out and then gradually the color would come back and it would be another color. It seemed to be moving very slow and kept hovering it kept getting real dim and fading out and then changing colors from bright white and dark red and green. I followed the object to Seal Beach and eventually the objected faded out and disapeared. It was shaped like a circle and didn't appear to make any sounds.
